I think that I would have thought this was GREAT when I was a teen, maybe some twenties, but by the time I was thirty I didn’t feel interested in overly-oily, salty, heavy food. I moved a cross the world on a culinary adventure forty years ago and now eat so fresh and light that it would be the opposite to this vid.
I only think this food is “stupid” tho because it is so egregiously oily. But lots of people eat like this. If their body does not rebel or send them “yuck” messages—like mine did—then I say let them live …
